本季度CASA活動報名以「先登記、後抽籤、再報名」的形式進行，收集有興趣報名的會員資料，會員可以以會員卡號碼及個人身份證於此網站內登記。

(請注意：本季度之活動以“家庭抽籤”形式進行，故登記家庭成員其中一人即可。)

For those interested in enrolling in our Activities, please provide your Membership Card Number and I.D. Number to register on this website.

(Remark: Ballot registration will proceed under the “Family Ballot” process, therefore, ONLY one member of the family is required to register.)
